Sierra Poetry Festival Pop-up and Word After Word Books Writing Series Workshop with Karen Terrey of Tangled Roots Writing

Now virtual! Join our writing series at Word After Word Books, always with an emphasis on building a writing practice, improving craft, and generating story ideas! How do you start a poem? What is your process? In this workshop, we will learn techniques to write through inspiration from other writers. Become familiar with poetry by poets to be featured at the Sierra Poetry Festival April 18th in Nevada City, CA: Ellen Bass, Coleman Barks, and Others. At the Virtual festival on April 18th, you will have opportunities to hear these poets!

A collaboration with Sierra Poetry Festival 2020. Word After Word Books is proud to support this celebration of National Poetry Month and to host Sierra Poetry Festival pop-up events in Truckee! Free and Open to the Public.
